Ordering Information

  • All digital PDF formats are “instant” downloadable files.
  • All print formats may take up to “2-3 business days” for production time.

  • 11x8.5" Letter Size PDF This format is designed for immediate download. Great for demand packages & video depositions.
  • Large Trial Size Format 30 x 40" PDF format is designed for creating highest quality printouts at any size up to 45"x 60" inches. For large format printing and mounting, we recommend using a local commercial printing service for best results.
  • Large Trial Size 30x40" print & mount formats: We print your full color exhibit on high gloss resin-coated stock, mount it on sturdy exhibit board, laminate it for durability. The exhibit is then packed and shipped to your location via courier or express delivery. (Shipping/Handling costs will apply)
  • Please note: production and printing may take up to 3 business days.
  • 3D Medical Animations are downloadable as a .mov file format. 

Delivery Timeframe

Call +1 (305) 381-5102 during regular business hours ( M-F, 9:00am - 6:00pm, EST ) and ask to speak with Customer Service. Please reference the title of the exhibit you wish to purchase or customize.

Below are approximate delivery times for orders placed between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays:

  • Electronic files with no modifications: Instant within 2 hours
  • Electronic files with name modification: Within 24 hours or less.
  • Custom Modifications will increase the delivery time of your order.
  • Expedited Delivery ( RUSH ) - A RUSH fee may be assessed for expediting delivery. All RUSH fees are normally estimated in advance and included to your payment.
