bilateral TMJ injury - Anterior medial disc dislocation, capsulitis with synovitis, osteoarthrosis with synovitis, meniscal fragmentation, myalgia and myositis of the muscles of mastication & stretched capsular ligament. Leading to generalized muscle pain, swelling and inflammation.
