Left knee ACL complete tear - Meniscal tears - Osteophytes - Condyle lesion

Left Knee Injury depics an ACL complete tear (only posterior remnant of ACL remained), posterior horn medial meniscus tear, inner edge tearing posterior horn lateral meniscus, Osgood-Schlatter disease, Osteophyte posterior medial femoral condyle & anterior medial tibial plateau, overgrowth of femoral notch and osteochondral lesion of the lateral femoral condyle.
