Left wrist arthrodesis surgery

The wrist bones are exposed - The distal Radius, proximal Lunate and Scaphoid hand bones are partially removed. Bone graft is placed into the joint.  A plate is placed across the joint and screws are inserted to finalize the wrist fusion.
