Lobes of the brain and their specific functions. Our brain is made up of the cerebrum, cerebellum, brain stem, and the limbic system. The four lobes of the brain and their function, determine the way we think, react and associate with our environment. FRONTAL LOBE: Right body strength and speed, Production of ideas, Planning, Retrieval of memory, Expressive speech.  PARIETAL LOBE: Physical sensation, Word finding. TEMPORAL LOBE: Word knowledge, Memory storage, Understanding speech. OCCIPITAL LOBE: Vision, Reading and writing calculations, Attention to right side of space.
