Plantar facititis, subluxation & joint fusion

Right foot deformity of 1st and 2nd metatarsal joints with subluxation of 1st metatarsal. Plantar facititis of the  right foot. Resection of plantar exostosis. Fusion of 1st & 2nd tasometarsal joints with plate fixation and bone graft. Reduction of lisfranc dislocation with screw fixation.
