Right knee arthroscopic meniscus and femoral condyle surgery & abrasion chondroplasty

Right knee surgical procedure, arthroscopy with partial medial meniscectomy.  Abrasion chondroplasty medial femoral condyle.  Light shaving in patellofemoral articulation.  Extensive synovectomy of patellofemoral, medial and lateral compartments.
