Right anterior shoulder dystocia and normal birth comparison

Delivery injury depicts the right anterior shoulder becoming impacted on the pubic symphysis causing stretching of the brachial plexus nerves.   Anatomy of the brachial plexus nerve system is shown.  Normal birth is also shown with a view of the shoulder passing the pubic symphysis.
