Temporomandibular Joint Injury

Primary musculoskeletal dysfunction causing retraction of the mandible and subsequently causing articular disc on the left side to be retracted within the glenoid fossa. Such an abnormal position perpetuates inflammation within the joint space as well also produces unnatural wear to the disc itself. Complaints: Jaw Pain:  Bilaterally On Opening Bilaterally On Wide Opening Bilaterally Side by Side Movement Bilaterally at rest (Closed jaw) While Chewing Other related conditions:  Clench Teeth Grind Teeth Jaw Clicks When Opening Mouth Jaw Locks Closed Headaches
